Rollerball will ALWAYS have a cap to seal the tip and prevent
the ink from drying up. Where as, A Ballpoint will often need
only a twist or click to hide the tip. A Rollerball will appear
wet and will bleed into anything it touches. Where as, A
Ballpoint will appear dry and will not bleed. It will smear.
