if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of

Under the Fair
Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more
than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, FreeRefill.com will cover the
entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. FreeRefill.com
will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at FreeRefill.com while using the secure server. In the
event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules
and procedures.
We feel
confident in making this guarantee because our secure server
software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best
software available today for secure commerce transactions. It
encrypts all of your personal data including credit card number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet. You can tell when you are protected
by encryption - the lock or key at the bottom of your browser
changes color or is no longer broken. To use this option, you
must have a browser that supports SSL (ex. Microsoft Internet
Explorer, AOL, or Netscape Navigator).
Due to the
frame layout of our shopping cart and checkout web pages, a
secure connection icon may not appear in your browser window.
This occurs because the outer frame information (the
FreeRefill.com, banner advertisements, etc.) does not require
SSL security and would significantly increase the wait time
during the checkout procedure. However, as stated above, all
pertinent ordering information is encrypted using the
state-of-the-art SSL technology and is secure from tampering by
outside sources.
In addition to
our encryption standards, your FreeRefill.com account
information is password protected so that you and only you have
access to this personal information. Please do not disclose this
password to anyone. Also, remember to close your browser window
when your transaction is completed, as this will keep your
account safe if you use your computer in a public place such as
an office or library. FreeRefill.com cannot be held responsible
if you disclose your account password to other individuals.
Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping
and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our
warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization
from FreeRefill.com. A return merchandise authorization number
can be requested by sending a request from the Contact Us
Form. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if
provided, and all packing materials in new condition to
avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking
fees. Web and phone order purchases require an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA
number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns
are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned
merchandise must be in original factory carton, including
all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards
(not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s
carton.
In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement
of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on
contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such
items. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping
carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the
shipping carton. A copy of your original invoice must be
included in your return package. Please note: our Returns
Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not
have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.
Please
ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that
you use Fed Ex Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot
accept COD or freight-collect shipments. All returns take
about 7-10 business days to process and for credit to be
issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to
verify package delivery, until credit is issued.
FreeRefill.com always recommends that the customer includes
carrier insurance for the return package for the price of
the item(s) purchased.
We will
refund the purchase price of the returned item not including
shipping fees. Please Print, fill out, sign, and include the
emailed RMA form with your package. Send your package to the
return address specified on the RMA form. Please allow
approximately 7-10 business days after delivery for the
return to be processed. If a package is refused by the
customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping
to and from the customer. We do not reimburse or refund
shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as
Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of
delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The
above guidelines apply to all purchases.
